2015 Strawberry Festival

Booth Rental Information


All booth spaces will be rented to interested parties by the Booth Committee of the Centerville VFD. The event will be held at the Centerville Fire Hall grounds in Centerville, PA. The Strawberry Festival will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015 from Noon to 10:30 PM.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

*Set-up begins at 6 am Saturday, July 4, 2015.

*Exhibitors MUST BE OPEN by 11:45 AM on July 4th. You may begin tearing down NO EARLIER than 9 PM on July 4th.

*You must provide your own craft booth, tent, tables, table coverings, chairs and any other materials you will need.

*Please be prepared for inclement weather as the festival will continue RAIN OR SHINE.

*Booth registration fee is $40.00 per 12’ X 12’ space unless you are in direct sales and then the fee is $25.00. If you need electric an additional $10 fee is required. Fee is due with the application. This registration will hold your space; it is NON-REFUNDABLE after June 30, 2015.

*Application deadline is June 30, 2015. Rental agreement and Hold Harmless Agreement must be returned with fee.

*All checks can be made payable to the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department.

RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY: Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own space and materials, including covering such space during inclement weather. By acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor releases the Centerville VFD and its representatives from all liabilities for any damages, injury or loss to any person and goods from any cause while participating in the Strawberry Festival.

PARKING will be available close to the booth spaces during set-up and tear-down. We ask that once you are set-up for the day that you move your vehicle to an off-road parking area to allow festival participants spaces closer to the festival grounds.

RULES:

*Exhibitors will not be allowed to nail, screw or otherwise attach anything to the trees, building or other property of the Centerville VFD.

*All display tables must be in good condition.

*All trash must be placed in a proper receptacle.

*No alcoholic beverages or drugs are permitted.

*All exhibitors must be open during the festival times designated above.

*No refunds will be given to exhibitors requesting to leave early.
