By executing this agreement, the undersign agree (s) for himself, herself and its/their successors, heirs and assigns that participation in the 2015 Strawberry Festival, as described herein, shall be at the risk of the undersigned and that the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents and members of the organization, from all liabilities for damages, injury or loss to any person or goods from any cause.
I/We the undersigned understand and agree to abide by the following rules:
*Exhibitors will not be allowed to nail, screw or otherwise attach anything to the trees, building or other property of the Centerville V.F.D. All damages will be billed to the responsible party.
*All display tables must be in good condition.
*All trash must be placed in a proper receptacle.
*No alcoholic beverages or drugs are permitted.
*All exhibitors must be open during the festival times designated on the information page (11:45 AM to 9:00 PM, minimum).
*No refunds will be given to exhibitors requesting to leave early.
*The Strawberry Festival Committee or members of the Centerville V.F.D. reserve the right to remove anyone not complying with the rules.
